Who Is Carl Dean?
I didn't come from money.
I grew up in a trailer park in Detroit. In high school, I was voted "Most Likely to Go to Prison by 21."
They weren't weren't far off.
I ended up in jail...more than once...but the last time is when I got the wake-up call that changed everything.
After my release, I earned my GED, wholesaled my first house on 8 Mile, and made $5,000 in just two days. That was the moment I realized my life could go in a completely different direction.
From there, I built one layer at a time—wholesaling, fix-and-flips, turnkey rentals for hedge funds, apartment asset management, and eventually sharing stages with Robert Kiyosaki. I spent four years apprenticing under one of the top custom home builders in DFW, documenting every process, every vendor, and every lesson. Then I launched my own company and built more than $20 million in real estate over the next two years.
I'm not someone who used to build and now sells courses.
I'm a builder who teaches.
